Whether you are dealing with rust near the coast or pool code compliance in the Valley, we have the answers.
How do you prevent the fence from rusting in coastal areas?
For homes within 5 miles of the ocean (Santa Monica, Malibu, Pacific Palisades), we highly recommend Aluminum fencing. It looks identical to steel but is chemically impossible to rust. If steel is required for structural reasons, we use a hot-dip galvanization process followed by a marine-grade powder coat.
Does this meet California pool safety codes?
Yes. We fabricate custom "Pool Code" panels that meet all California requirements: minimum 5ft height, gaps smaller than 4 inches, no horizontal bars that could be used for climbing, and self-closing/self-latching gates opening away from the pool.
Can you repair my existing iron fence, or do I need a new one?
We specialize in restoration. If the rust is surface-level or only affecting specific sections, we can cut out the bad metal, weld in new pieces, and refinish the fence to look brand new. However, if the structural integrity of the posts is compromised, we may recommend replacement for safety.
Do you repair or install electric gate motors?
Absolutely. We are certified installers for major brands like LiftMaster, Viking, and Elite. We can troubleshoot sensor issues, replace worn-out motors, or upgrade your manual gate to a fully automated system with smartphone control.
